📝 Key Responsibilities
Unit Head – HR & Administration
| • Maintain and manage HR’s data bank for the RMG (Employee Master Data, SRF Tracking Sheet, Staff Rotation, Employee Head Counts, Organograms, KPIs, Training & Development, Succession Planning) |
| • Act as focal point for coordination with HRMG and Business Partners on HR affairs of the Group |
| • Manage and process the Group’s Staff Requisition Forms (SRFs) and coordinate with HRMG on hiring-related matters, interviews coordination, and tracking of all open positions |
| • Ensure timely processing of cases for resignations and retired employees |
| • Manage end-to-end onboarding process of new employees in collaboration with HRMG, Division(s), and Business Partner(s) |
| • Manage the annual performance appraisal cycle in line with bank policy and ensure utmost confidentiality |
| • Coordinate with HRMG on staff contract renewals and processing cases within timelines |
| • Coordinate with Learning & Development (L&D) for training activities, track employee participation, and maintain training records |
| • Manage transfer, postings and rotations of all staff of the Group within timelines |
Credit Officer
| • Analyze credit proposals, identify risks, and suggest mitigants while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Bank’s internal policies and procedures |
| • Review credit proposals and analyze credit risk to assess creditworthiness of the obligor in conjunction with collateral offered |
| • Provide insightful and timely portfolio analysis |
| • Analyze credit proposals and recommend for Regional Executive Credit’s approval & recommendation |
| • Identify business opportunities with an acceptable risk profile while reviewing credit proposals with product solutioning and recommendations |
| • Assist in internal/external audits |
| • Coordinate with business group for clarifications and relevant information |
| • Partner with business and risk teams to develop and execute credit analysis |
| • Provide credit analysis with consideration for market dynamics and client industry |
| • Analyze client cash flow and liquidity with ratio analysis and/or stress testing |
